Impromtu sweets

Since I had some filo pastry left from the chicken pies, I decided to improvise and make something sweet out of it. A brief look into the cupboards showed me that I really had to improvise and that it might be time to go shopping as well. So I whipped together anything that looked remotely like it might go in sweet pastry. Then I waited, taking occasional careful peeks into the oven while keeping my fingers crossed.

To my great surprise, the result came out great! Unfortunately I don't really remember what I put in. I think there was almond flour, honey, butter and some sugar. So these really are unique which makes them even better. That explains the rate at which they are disappearing...

It would be really too hard to maintain a laboratory journal in the Kitchen :-).
