I went a little overboard on cupcakes today and made a total of 48 in a few hours. There were some almond cupcakes with white chocolate icing and chocolate drops. The ligher yellow ones are lemon cupcakes with lemon icing. The swirly ones are more almond cupcakes with just chocolate on top and the ones with meringue are filled with jam. Now I think I need a shower to wash of the level of sugar, flour and butter covering me in various places.
