I thought the paper stitching bug had passed me by but apparently I was wrong. In my defense, my sewing machine (by the name of Elizabeth, by the way), needs a new cover and since I already had the fabrics at home... You get the idea. It's surprisingly fun and easy and a great way to keep my fingers busy while I am watching the news/TED talks/random youtube videos. I'm keeping my fingers crossed, that I won't loose patience before the end. These hexagons are small (about the size or a Euro or pound coin). I love being able to carry a whole project around in a pretty old bisuit tin. Much better than keeping it in a messy pile on my desk and periodically moving it somewhere else because I need the space...
